HOW LONG DOES AN AVERAGE PROJECT TAKE?
The preparation of a Development Application, Statement of Environmental Effects and any required accompanying reports varies based on the nature of the project and site constraints. A well prepared application can take anywhere from 20 to 1000+ hours.

WHAT IS A STATEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS
Basically, a Statement of Environmental Effects is the document which tells Council what your development is/what you are trying to do. The Statement of Environmental Effects is the single most important document for your DA.
